False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These classes start off at NCV level two as well as minimal prerequisite would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

When the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade 10 certificate. NCV Level 3 would be grade 11 and NCV Level four is grade twelve.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, getting comparable to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV stage two which happens to be equivalent to an NQF level 2.
